Responsible for driving our objective of ensuring that ERM is a competitive advantage. Responsible for Enterprise risk management frameworks and strategy and provided an independent view of aggregate risk faced by Government, Financial Institutions & Business’s. I worked closely with business and risk oversight leaders (finance, credit, market, strategic, operational, compliance, HR and legal risk) to drive necessary action and communicated findings to executive management (ExCom) and the board of directors. Implemented successfully risk based audit structure in 5 top level organizations and risk-based decision-making culture.
